1. Scope of Services
SpeedNex Inc. provides IT support, server setup, website maintenance, corporate website development, network configuration and system integration services for business customers.
2. Quotation and Confirmation
Project-based work is confirmed by written quotation or invoice before payment. The quotation may include service scope, delivery schedule, price and required customer materials.
3. Payment
Payment instructions are provided after quotation confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service work begins after payment confirmation.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate requirements, lawful materials, required access information and timely feedback during the service period.
5. Changes to Scope
If the requested work changes after quotation confirmation, SpeedNex Inc. may issue a revised quotation or adjust the delivery schedule.
6. Prohibited Use
Customers may not use our services for fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, illegal data collection, intellectual property infringement or other unlawful activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpeedNex Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
