2. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, phishing, impersonation or deceptive activity.
• Spam, unsolicited messaging or abusive communications.
• Malware, botnet activity, unauthorized scanning or attacks.
• Unauthorized access, credential theft or system intrusion.
• Illegal data collection or privacy violations.
• Services intended to bypass security, compliance or platform restrictions.

3. Refusal or Suspension

SpeedNex Inc. may refuse, suspend or terminate service requests that violate this policy.
